Our signature celebration. Set in palaces, vineyards or historic villas, this experience blends romance, beauty and thoughtful coordination into an unforgettable elopement.
What’s Included
- 1 night stay at a LAVINI partner hotel
- Email and/or WhatsApp support, plus video calls throughout the entire planning process
- Recommendations and contact details for additional suppliers, if required
- Full coordination of all suppliers on the wedding day
- Violinist or saxophonist for the ceremony and cocktail hour
- English-speaking wedding celebrant (personalized symbolic ceremony)
- Professional photographer covering the bridal preparations, ceremony, and post-ceremony couple’s photo session, with delivery of a minimum of 200 professionally edited photos
- Bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonnière featuring seasonal flowers
- Floral arrangement for the ceremony table
- Guest seating for the ceremony
- One-hour wedding cocktail reception with drinks and canapés
- Wedding cake & champagne toast

- Some hotels and palaces may charge an additional venue fee for hosting the ceremony. This fee includes a table and chairs for the couple and the celebrant, as well as seating for the guests.

Luis was amazing, right from the get go he was busy snapping away and constantly taking shots of the wedding day. He never stopped, always running to capture a good moment. I had to occasionally tell him to rest and have a break. He was always reachable and responds to message immediately and more. I’ll miss Luis, I was even thinking when can I hire him next 🙂 I can only recommend him, worth every penny. Thank you Luis, Malvin and I really owe you one.
